Privacy
Privacy policy (Datenschutzerklärung) in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Last updated: August 2026.
The short version
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and uses no tracking of any kind. Fonts are served from this website itself, not from a third-party font service. The only personal data that is processed at all are the technical server logs kept by our hosting provider, and whatever you send us if you choose to write an email.

Hosting
This website is hosted with Firebase Hosting, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (parent company: Google LLC, USA). Content is delivered through Google's global content delivery network.
When you visit this site, the hosting provider automatically processes technical data that your browser transmits: IP address, date and time of the request, requested URL, HTTP status, transferred data volume, referrer URL, and browser/operating-system identification (user agent). These server logs are required to deliver the website reliably and securely and are not merged with other data sources or used to identify individual visitors.
The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR — our legitimate interest in the secure and efficient provision of this website. To the extent data is processed by Google LLC in the United States, the transfer is safeguarded by Google's certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and by the EU standard contractual clauses. Details: firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
Cookies, analytics, fonts
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising, or social-media components. The fonts used (Bricolage Grotesque, Instrument Sans, Space Mono) are self-hosted as part of this website; no connection to Google Fonts or any other external font service is made.
Contact by email
If you email us at hello@aidgile.com, we process the data you provide (your email address and the content of your message) solely to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (responding to your message) or Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR if your enquiry relates to a contract. Messages are deleted once the enquiry is fully dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21). To exercise any of these rights, email hello@aidgile.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Baden-Württemberg.
Changes
We will update this policy whenever the way this website processes data changes — for example when the first aidgile products launch.
